Strong winds, showers and some frost set for the weekend

Several states are waking to a chilly morning, with the weekend's forecast likely to bring showers, strong winds and wild weather.A deepening low in the Tasman Sea is increasing swell along the NSW coast and onshore winds will bring showers to Tasmania.Southwestern parts of WA will see their own showers, brought on by a crossing trough, although a high will bring generally dry and clear weather to other parts of the country.National weather July 31National weather July 31 (Today)Have any amazing weather photos? South Australia

Mostly cloudy, cool-to-cold in the southeast and central. Mostly sunny, mild-to-warm in the west and north.Adelaide will be mostly sunny later today, with a low of 6 and top of 18.But there's a road weather alert for reduced visibility before dawn in Adelaide again today, where fog will make road conditions dangerous, mainly near the coast and in the northern suburbs.The SA Police advises that people should:
  • Slow down and take extra care.
  • Maintain a safe distance between you and the vehicle in front.
  • Turn on your headlights.

Queensland
